In small groups of 5 or 6 they have to build a free standing tower. Their towers will be judged on the criteria of height, stability and beauty. At the beginning they are not allowed to speak to each other, then they are allowed to speak but only in gibberish, then normally. Then after judging the towers, get the group back into a circle and ask them how they felt and their modes of behavior during each stage of the game.
