This is just a short game to divide your group into smaller ones. Make however many groups you want for your peula. Tell each group that they are a family and have to come up with a last name. You can also let them go wild and decide who are all of the characters in their family. Once they have new last names, everybody gets up and walks around the room shaking hands. When two people shake hands, they switch last names. At some arbitrary point, the game ends, and then all the people with the same last name are one group.
