before the event: soak 3-4(depending on how many groups you wish to split the chunichim into) t-shirts in water, roll them up and freeze them during the event: chunichim must get into 3-4 groups, each group is given a t-shirt(frozen) and is instructed to open it up and wear it, the first group to do so wins!
