Everyone must sit in a circle. The idea is to keep the reindeer constantly moving. A reindeer is simulated by one person holding both his hands up to his ears like antlers and the person on either side of him holding up the hand closest to him (so the reindeer has 4 antlers). The centre person can pass the reindeer on either by waving his hands towards someone else in the circle (who must catch the reindeer and hold up both hands and their neighbours must hold up the appropriate hands) or by putting down one of his hands, so the reindeer moves to one side (and the person next to him must lift up their other hand, etc.) Everyone must always be watching and checking how many hands they should have up!
