Going round the circle, each person thinks of a rule they would like to be imposed on the group/machane/universe (eg no boys should be allowed to wear white socks, or, whenever anyone says the word banana, everyone has to get up and jump around like a monkey). The whole group votes on whether or not they agree on the rule and if they do, it must be carried out until the end of the meeting/day/machane.
